Samuel has been a member of the rota team at 4Health since January 2026. He is keen to broaden his expertise within the care sector and make meaningful contributions. Samuel possesses strong skills in task automation and identifying opportunities for AI integration into daily operations. He also demonstrates extensive knowledge of various rostering software platforms.

He holds a National Certificate in Information Technology, complemented by several industry-recognised certifications from Microsoft and Google. His current responsibilities encompass:

 Managing the rostering of caregivers across the island.
 Delivering frontline technical support to caregivers and efficiently resolving platform system issues.
 Coordinating inquiries, documenting processes, and disseminating technical information across teams.
 Maintaining accurate performance records and supporting process enhancements.
 Managing secure client interactions and fostering security awareness in a service provider capacity.
