Yvette is a Senior Carer who is passionate about supporting older people and enhancing their quality of life through compassionate, person-centred care.

Since joining 4 Health in December 2023, she has been committed to ensuring that every individual she supports is treated with dignity, respect, and kindness.

One of the aspects of her role that she values most is building meaningful relationships with service users. She finds great inspiration in their wisdom, resilience, and life experiences, and is dedicated to making a positive difference in their daily lives. To further develop her professional skills and knowledge, Yvette is currently working towards her Level 2 NVQ in Health and Social Care.

While she recognises that saying goodbye to those in her care can be one of the most challenging parts of the profession, she takes pride in knowing that she has provided comfort, support, and companionship during important stages of their lives.

Outside of work, She enjoys cooking, travelling, and spending quality time with her two children. As a mother, she brings patience, empathy, and compassion to her role, qualities that help her provide exceptional care and support to those she serves.
