Lauren McShane has been a qualified nurse for more than four years.

She began her career on the Orthopaedic Trauma Ward at Jersey General Hospital, where she gained invaluable experience supporting patients through some of the most challenging stages of their recovery.

During this time, she developed a strong passion for delivering compassionate, high-quality care and helping individuals achieve the best possible outcomes.

She joined 4Health to pursue a more patient-centred approach within the community setting. Supporting individuals to remain in their own homes, maintain their independence, and enhance their quality of life has been particularly rewarding.

She enjoys building meaningful relationships with clients and their families and values the opportunity to play an important role in their healthcare journey.
