Jade De Abreu, is the Senior roster manager at 4Health. She started working for them in 2021, after 20 year experience in other parts of the care sector after leaving school at 16.

During that time she qualified with level 2 NVQ in health and social care and gained considerable experience working both in residential and nursing homes, as well as the community. Her role evolved to become more operational, and she gained the additional qualification of CMI level 3 in first line management whilst working in a rostering capacity.

She joined 4Health in August 2021, working first on reception and then joining the rota team, where she has been working on scheduling for the past year, as well as studying towards her level 5 in health and social care.
