Jade De Abreu is the Capacity and Deputy Office Manager, as well as the RQF Assessor, at 4Health.

She began her career with the company in August 2021, bringing with her 25 years of experience in various sectors of care, having left school at the age of 16. Jade holds a Level 2 NVQ in Health and Social Care and has gained extensive experience in residential and nursing homes, as well as in community care.

Her role has evolved to become more operational, and she has also earned a Level 3 qualification in First Line Management while working in a rostering capacity. Since joining 4Health, she has obtained her Level 3 Assessor’s Award and serves as the RQF Assessor for the company.

Initially, Jade worked at the reception before moving to the rota team, where she focused on scheduling. She progressed to the role of Rota and Capacity Manager and, in 2026, transitioned to Deputy Office Manager and Capacity Manager. She is currently studying towards her Level 5 qualification in Health and Social Care.
