Kimmie has worked at 4Health since May 2022. Starting on reception and the moving onto the roster team, she is keen to expand her knowledge of the care sector and to grow her skills.

Kimmie holds a progression diploma in Business and Finance, Kimmie had care experience at home as her nan’s official sole carer for about a year. This really opened her eyes to the care sector and all that entailed. She therefore moved away from business/finance and into care and is due to start her RQF training in 2023.

Her previous work roles have always been very customer focused and she prides herself on excellent customer service.
