Tania has been with 4Health Home Care Agency since 2020 and became a Senior Care Member in 2024, bringing over a decade of experience in the care sector.

She has a genuine passion for high-quality care, which makes a meaningful difference in the lives of those she supports. Recently, Tania completed her RQF Level 3 qualification, enhancing her skills in health and social care.

She is dedicated to helping individuals maintain their independence and takes pride in providing compassionate, person-centred care. Outside of work, Tania enjoys gardening, caring for her houseplants, and spending time with family, friends, and pets.
