Staff Training
All of our carers are trained and supported through achieving the Care Quality Framework Certificate and CQF/ NVQ level 2 or above.
Staff are encouraged and supported whilst they obtain their CQF certificates. They all have to undergo strict interview and recruitment processes including police and background checks.
To deliver our highly professional and safe service, 4Health Home Care support and supervise our staff.
All staff undergo further training some of which includes:
- Health and Safety
- Dementia and challenging behaviour
- Food Hygiene
- Infection Control
- Risk assessment in the home
- Moving and Handling
- Confidentiality
- Safeguarding of Vulnerable adults
- First Aid
For people who are interested in working in care can be reassured training and ongoing support will be provided. 4Health will also provide an on-call system and you have a ‘Buddy’ so help is always at hand if ever you need it.
