Registered Nurses

Our Registered Nurses have specialized in specific areas of care including

• Dermatology – expertise in wound and skincare management,
• Hospice and End of Life Care.
• Stroke Management and Rehabilitation for people who have mobility problems or have suffered from Strokes and TIA’s
• All have training in the management of clients with Memory Loss and Dementia.
• Our Registered Nurses will undertake the assessments of your needs and create your Personal Care plan for you.

Senior Health Care Support Workers

Our Registered Nurses are supported by a team of dedicated Senior Health Care Workers who have years of experience working in the community and who support clients and their families.

They are committed to ensuring their clients receive the best of care and act as ‘buddies’ for other carers.

Health Care Workers

Our Health Care Workers cover specific areas of care. One team will cover clients requiring 24/7 care, another team will cover Live-in Care while others work with clients who require ½ hour visits or blocks of hours.
